A few words... :
I started training from a very small age. There was no internet at the time, so i did not know much about fitness. Without someone to guide me, it took me years of trial and error to find what is right for me and learning how to properly train and tweak my nutrition to maximize my results.
I started competing in the Men's Physique category, where I had to further deepen my knowledge on training and nutrition and gained additional expertise.
This was not enough for me...to further improve my knowledge, I followed the courses of GRAFTS Hellas, from where I received the certificate Personal traine EQF lvl. 4 EHFA/EREPS. I still follow courses to this day, as i am a strong supported of the continuous education process.
I attend seminars and follow online courses to learn and specialize in new and innovative training methods, as well as educating myself further on the nutrition field.
I currently have more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry.
My goal is to help more people follow a healthy lifestyle by educating, motivating and helping them while making the process as enjoyable as possible.
