initially i send you a thorough question form, in which you have to answer as good as you can. I analyze the data and come up with a plan specifically tailored for you, taking into account your training experience, potential injuries, limitations and training availability.

We plan a strategy

We make the initial consultation where i will tell you my suggestions for achieving your goals and together we plan a strategy that is convenient for you based on your needs and time schedule

Continuous Support

We start the program while we constantly keep track of your progress with assessments, weekly check-ins, photos and graphs. Depending on your results, we modify the program so that you are always spot on!
